Actions#

Action	What it does
`new`	What arrived since your last call, each once; it moves your mark (peek only looks).
`open`	One approval whole. Marks it read; peek does not.
`history`	Past approvals; never moves a mark.
`mark`	Mark read for ids, up to an id or all; unread rewinds your mark. Marking is not deciding.
`withdraw`	Withdraw an approval you asked for.
