A note about what each regular likes, a stamp card and gift vouchers.
One record per regular.
Each person has one record with notes, projects, documents and invoices. Your helper can find a person, list who you have not talked to this month and keep notes such as who loves fig and not lavender. It reads and writes the record; it does not make calls.

Stamps and vouchers.
Choose one loyalty programme per business: stamps, where every Nth visit earns the reward, or points per euro up to a threshold. A stamp counts once and the reward is offered exactly once. Gift vouchers show their code once and keep only a hash and the last four characters, so you can look one up, redeem part of it and never take more than is left.

Can I sell gift vouchers?
Yes. The code is shown once and only a hash and the last four characters are kept. VAT on vouchers is a tax question: ask your adviser.
Can I run a stamp card?
Yes: one programme per business, stamps or points. A stamp counts once and the reward is offered once.
