Model Context Protocol, the open standard AI assistants use to connect to other software. You add a connector once, and your helper can then work in your workspace.

Yes. Each appears as its own helper with a name, a role and permissions, and they all read and write the same memory.

Nothing is lost. The memory lives in your workspace, not in the helper. Connect the new one and begin with: read the project and tell me where we are.

No. Nothing here is metered for AI. You pay your assistant's provider as you do today.

What you ask your assistant may be sent to its provider, under that provider's terms. Check them for what you plan to share.

No. Emails to customers and other consequential steps wait in Approvals until a person decides.

Only a person. A helper can ask for an approval and cannot decide one.

Yes. The audit trail records what was done, when and who approved it. You can filter it and export it as CSV.

NL 21, 9 and 0 percent, and DE 19, 7 and 0 percent, as tax classes. You choose the class and you file your own VAT.

Yes: items with on hand, reserved and available, locations, suppliers, purchase orders and counts. Whether stock is part of every plan is to be confirmed.

Only an owner or admin. Any seat can read orders, and a member seat can move them along.

Yes. A booking type has a public page where people pick a free slot, within the availability and notice you set. See bookings and packs.

To be confirmed. We do not describe automatic reminders as available. Moving or cancelling a booking tells the guest by email, after your yes.

A booking uses one credit and a cancel gives it back. An eleventh booking on a ten-pack is refused, and so is an expired pack. Whether packs are included on your plan is to be confirmed.

Yes. The code is shown once and only a hash and the last four characters are kept. VAT on vouchers is a tax question: ask your adviser.

Yes: one programme per business, stamps or points. A stamp counts once and the reward is offered once.

Germany and the Netherlands: PDFs with the legal lines for both. Other countries are not covered.

Yes. Your helper can create an expense or draft one from a receipt, with totals and input VAT per period. It helps you keep track; it is not tax advice.

One person in the workspace. Plans are priced per seat, and teams start at two seats. Enterprise is priced on request.

VAT is included for consumers. Businesses see the net price plus VAT.

No. A Wundaly plan includes the matching plan of every app. Each app can also be bought alone at €9, €19 or €49 a month.
