Projects and tasks

Each job is a project with a roadmap, tasks and an inbox for loose ends.

• Every task has an owner: you, a teammate or a named helper.
• Your helper works through the tasks and tells you what is waiting.
• A new chat knows what was decided, because the project holds it.
• Schedules can create tasks at times you choose. You see the next runs before you save.

A small example#

Open a project for a craft fair stall. Put "order boxes", "print price cards" and "pack the van" on the roadmap. Let one helper take the tasks about orders and keep the packing list for yourself.
