Contacts and forms
Contacts, notes and forms in Wundaly: one record per customer, and forms your helper builds from a sentence, with answers in a table.
Contacts#
Each customer has one record with notes, projects, documents and invoices. Your helper can find a person, list who you have not spoken to this month and keep notes. It reads and writes the record. It does not phone anyone.
Forms#
Describe the form and your helper builds it: an enquiry, a commission brief, a workshop sign-up. The answers arrive in your inbox and in a table you can export as CSV. The public link is yours to open and close.
Forms and bookings#
A booking page can ask the questions of a form too. See calendar and bookings.
Shop customers#
People who buy from your shop or sign in to your web app are that app's own members. They are not Wundaly accounts. Whether each one becomes a contact in your record is to be confirmed.
