Calendar and bookings in Wundaly: booking types with a public page, free slots, rescheduling, and messages that wait for your yes.
Booking types#
A booking type has a duration, buffers before and after, weekly availability, minimum notice, a booking horizon and an optional daily maximum. It can ask the questions of a form. Each type has a public page of the form /book/<handle>/<name>.
What your helper can do#
- List upcoming bookings and read one.
- Show the free start times the public page offers.
- Book a guest in by hand, for example after a message. The guest receives an email and a private link.
- Reschedule to another free slot, or cancel. The guest is told by email.
Changes are checked against the calendar. Messages that reach a customer wait in approvals.
Classes and lessons#
A workshop or a lesson is just a booking type. Pair it with a pack if people buy several sessions at once.
