> Stock in Wundaly: items, locations, suppliers, purchase orders and stock counts, with a ledger that is never edited.

The supply tool keeps track of what you have, where it is and what is on its way.

- **Items** show what is on hand, reserved and available. An item can have a reorder point, so you can see what is running low.
- **Locations** are paths such as a shelf in a back room, or a kiosk.
- **Suppliers** with their catalog, and **purchase orders** you draft, send and book deliveries against.
- **Stock counts** let you check what is really there. A blind count hides the expected figures, and variances only reach the ledger when someone approves them.

## The ledger

Every move is written down: receipt, issue, transfer, adjustment, count, return or scrap. A correction needs a reason. A delivery that is taken back is undone by new moves, so the ledger itself is never edited.

## Orders and stock

A confirmed customer order reserves stock for each line, or for none if something is short, and names the shortages.

> [!HONEST]
> Whether stock is part of every plan is to be confirmed. You can add a fictional sample shop to try it out and remove it again.
