Files live in one place, next to the project they belong to, so your helper can find them. Storage is 10 GB, 25 GB or 50 GB by plan.

- **Brand kit:** your colours, logo and fonts.
- **Design:** slides, posters, labels and social posts laid out from your text and pictures. You adjust and use them. Nothing is posted for you.
- **Canvas:** diagrams and charts.
- **Share links** expire after the hours you set, and you can revoke them.

## A small habit

Keep product photos in the project of the product line. Share one file by link instead of a whole folder.
