# Apps and tools

**Tools** are the parts of your studio: invoices, documents, forms, bookings, contacts, expenses, stock and more. See [tools](/tools/).

**Apps** are bigger jobs with their own screens: Wundaly Sites, Wundaly Video, Wundaly Pictures, Wundaly AI Video, Wundaly Sounds, Prompt Verse, Careers, Author, Facecast, Community and others. They share one login, one memory and your permissions. See [apps](/apps/).

Behind the connector your helper gets one tool for each area. Each takes a `tool` (the part) and an `action` (the verb). You never type these.

## Web apps and shops

A shop or a booking site made with Wundaly Sites is a web app of its own. Its customers are that app's members, not Wundaly accounts. Shop, jobs, memberships and rewards are tools of such a web app. Whether each one is included in every plan is to be confirmed.
